So far, I've found LWN and FreeSoftwareMagazine. Do you guys know of any other?

So, I'm not sure you'll find many. BUT, sites such as Linux.com, transfer the copyright to the author 3 months after the publishing date, and you can then translate those articles for your website, with the author's consent.
