I just got a phone call last Friday from the City of Pomeroy requesting a computer repair. They got a strange error that reported that the Windows Kernel was missing some .dll file or something and it was hosed. So I told them they had 2 options. I could back everything up and restore it to factory defaults and they could play this game all over again or I could install my Ultumix TM GNU/Linux software and they wouldn't have this problem. They chose option 2 and said they want me to install it on their other computers! Anyway I thought this was worth sharing. If you have been shunned from any forum, community, or user group please come to us for free support.
