Microsoft is launching a program to promote the use of its Windows OS in ultra low-cost PCs, one effect of which will be to limit the hardware capabilities of this type of device, IDG News Service has learned.

Why are we not shocked. This is typical Microsoft. If they can't have it their way they throw a fit and make life miserable for everyone else. They are not doing this to help the industry as whole but to hopefully pad their own pocket

So now we have to limit the hardware capabilities of our devices, because windows sucks? Give me Linux or give me death!
